Mandel Teacher Educator Institute

MTEI has been developing high-quality educational leaders for over three decades. Through an intensive, two-year learning experience, participants deepen their capacity to foster cultures of teaching and learning within their organizations.

At its core, MTEI is designed to cultivate educational excellence by preparing Jewish educational leaders to become skilled "teachers of teachers." When educational leaders complete the MTEI program, schools and synagogues become places where educators learn together, examine practice thoughtfully, and engage deeply with both pedagogy and Jewish content. Participants leave with practical tools and lasting professional relationships that strengthen learning across their institutions and communities.
