- Secure Community Network
The Secure Community Network (SCN) is the official safety and security organization of the Jewish community in North America. Since 2022, the Mandel Foundation has provided $15.3 million, which has catalyzed over $27 million in federal funding to support a proactive and innovative security approach to address rising threats and incidents rooted in anti-Semitism. The Foundation's funding enabled SCN to enhance its National Jewish Security Operations Command Center (JSOCC), which is staffed by professional intelligence analysts. Mandel Foundation contributions to SCN also support a Jewish youth camp security program and an Intelligence Partnership Pilot and regional intelligence centers to build a comprehensive, coordinated, best practice security architecture, using advanced technology and intelligence principles to ensure Jewish life can exist safely, proudly and without fear.
