Individual consultations are offered to Mandel graduates to help leverage their competencies, to provide them with opportunities to expand their professional knowledge, and to assist them in developing their careers. Individual consultations also aim to support the graduates in dealing with the challenges they encounter in realizing their visions, whether in existing organizations or in establishing new educational and social initiatives. Each request for consultation is examined by the Consultation Committee (which meets four times a year), according to pre-determined criteria.
